Do they work with Android?
Yes. Bluetooth pairing works with Android, Windows and macOS. A few automatic features, like switching between devices on its own, stay specific to the Apple ecosystem.
What is the real battery life?
About 6 hours of continuous listening at medium volume, and roughly 30 hours in total when you recharge in the case. Calls use a little more.
Can I run with them?
Yes — the IPX4 rating covers sweat and light rain. Just keep them out of the pool and the shower; they are not built for being submerged.
Where do you ship from?
Orders ship from the United States, so domestic delivery usually lands in a few business days. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is printed.
What about warranty and returns?
12 months of warranty on manufacturing defects, and 30 days to return an item. One email is enough to start the process.
